This is for information of all concerned that, the Executive Council in its 14th meeting held on14.06.2010, resolved that in addition to the registration fees of Rs. 3000/-, the Ph.D. students whowill henceforth register in this University will have to pay an amount of Rs. 6000/- each towardsannual registration fees.
On the recommendation of the Finance Committee (5th meeting dated 7.6.2010), the Executive Council after careful consideration decided to enhance the tuition fees for all regular UG courses from Rs. 1000/- to Rs. 1200/- per month and for PG courses from Rs. 1500/- to Rs. 1700/- per month respectively. This will be effective onwards from the current 1st year UG and PG students.
The Executive Council in its 14th meeting, held on 14.06.2010, constituted a Committee with Dean, faculty of Engineering and Technology as its Chairman in order to frame out the purchase procedures and rules, terms of references of different Purchase Committees and Tender Sub-Committees. Till the finalisation of the procedure on the basis of the recommendation of the above mentioned Committee the Executive Council further resolved to constitute the two following Committees which will be responsible for purchase of equipments, stores etc. for all departments – both academic and others in terms of Ordinance 8(3)(1)(V)(C D).
