Programme Educational Objectives (PEO)

PEO-1 The students will be able to apply their rigorous learning in undergraduate education to creatively solve technical problems facing society.
PEO-2 The students will be prepared for successful and productive careers in Electronics and Telecommunication in particular and other fields of Electrical Science and Engineering in general.
PEO-3 The students will be prepared for higher studies in Electronics and Telecommunication, inter-disciplinary Electrical Science and Engineering, Management Science.
PEO-4 The students will be prepared / motivated to choose an entrepreneurial career.

 

Programme Outcomes (PO)

PO-1 Fundamentals of Science, Engineering along with Electronics Engineering have been used to solve complex engineering problems in the domain of electrical sciences.
PO-2 Identification and formulation of complex electronic engineering problems using the first principle of mathematics and their analysis.
PO-3 Designing of system components or processes meeting the specified needs of health and safety, cultural, societal and environmental conditions.
PO-4 Application of research based knowledge and derived techniques inclusive of Design of Experiments (DOE) to analyse and incorporate data.
PO-5 Creation, selection and application of appropriate resources and modern engineering. and electronic tools, capable of prediction and modeling, to solve complex electronic engineering problems with effective appreciation of their limitations.
PO-6 Attempt to reasonably assess of societal, health, safety, legal and cultural issues and discharge appropriate responsibilities in accordance with codes of professional engineering solutions in societal and environmental contexts.
PO-7 To demonstrate the knowledge of, and need for sustainable development through professional engineering solutions in societal and environmental contexts.
PO-8 To involve duly the principles of honest professional ethics to the norms of established engineering practice.
PO-9 Functioning as an individual and as a member or leader in a multidisciplinary groups and teams.
PO-10 Clear and effective communication on complex engineering activities with the engineering community and society at large and also to prepare reports, design documents and presentations.
PO-11 Ability to demonstrate the understanding and principles of engineering and management to ones individual work and also in inter disciplinary projects.
PO-12 To appreciate the need for technological changes in various engineering disciplines and encourage self-motivation for involvement in life-long learning processes.
