FINANCE SECTION
Finance & Accounts Section acts mainly as Service Section - to the faculty members, students, research scholars, staff members and other stakeholders. It has other functions too, some of which are:

To Prepare the Annual Budget and Annual Accounts

To maintain Endowment Fund, Provident Fund A/c, Guest House A/c and other Institute Accounts

To assist the Finance Committee and other committees of the Institute on financial matters

To Correspond with MHRD and other funding agencies for grants and funds

To Prepare payroll, accounts receivable, accounts payable and cash management operations of the Institute
-
To assist various audit agencies (Internal as well as External) with information required by them from time to time

To disburse PG scholarships and various fellowships, and to issue utilisation certificate
-
To take action for enhancement of productivity through automation of financial operations
-
Any other work as may arise from time to time involving financial transactions
