Interested candidates are requested to appear for a walk in-interview on 25th January 2016 at 11.45 a.m., for the following temporary post in the Department of Chemistry, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, Howrah

Name of the Post: Research Associate/ SRF/JRF

Number of Post: 01 (One)

Essential Qualification:

1. RA - Possessing Doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in the relevant field. Age limit maximum 35 years
2. SRF - Possessing M.Sc. or equivalent degree in chemistry and at least 2 years of research experience as evidence from published papers in standard refereed journals. Age limit maximum 32 years
3. JRF - Possessing M.Sc. or equivalent degree in chemistry with 55% marks from a recognized University and passing of NET/GATE test with a valid score. Age limit maximum 28 years

Fellowship:

1. For RA: ₹22,000/- plus 30% HRA and MA (₹300/-) per month
2. For SRF: ₹14,000/- plus 30% HRA and MA (₹300/-) per month
3. For JRF: ₹12,000/- plus 30% HRA and MA (₹300/-) per month

Duration: Till 31^st January, 2017

Venue of the interview: Department of Chemistry, IIEST, Shibpur

Competent Candidate should bring two hard copies bio-data to submit and original mark sheets and certificates for verification.
