A walk-in interview will be held on 24.07.2017at 03:00 pm in the office of the Head, Centre of Excellence for Green Energy and Sensor Systems ,Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, Howrah - 711103, West Bengal, for the recruitment of 02 Scientists , 01 Project Assistant (PA) & 01 Consultant under the BHEL sponsored project “Enhancement of efficiency of c-Si solar cells by 0.2-0.3% through incorporation of silicon nitride nanoparticles on front surface”.
Scientists: (02 Positions)
Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Physics /M.Tech in Micro Electronics.
Desirable: At least 3 years’ experience in semi-conductor devices fabrication and characterization.
Fellowship: Rs. 48,000/- per month. (Consolidated)
Duration: Six months or till the end of the project.
