For arrangement of recreational resources and/or Infrastructure for the Teachers and Officers of the Institute

Dear Sir/Madam,

You are aware that at present the Teachers and Officers of the Institute do not have any scope in the form of a Club and/or a Forum within the Campus where they can engage in recreational activities. A few of us have been thinking that it would be nice to create and/or revive such facilities if possible. With this objective in mind a general meeting inviting all the teachers and the officers of the Institute will be convened by the undersigned as stated below. It is our earnest request to you to be present in the meeting and give your valued opinion.
