 All Heads of the Departments / Schools are hereby requested to send the filled up Undertakings submitted by the Scholars as per Circular No.52F/2016-17/103 dated 12.09.2016 alongwith their Attendance Reports from 25th July, 2016 to 31st August, 2016 of his / her Department / School by 19th September, 2016 positively to the Scholarship Section in order to enable for quick disbursement of Scholarships.
