Sealed quotations are invited from the bonafide suppliers for supply of following items for Office of the Controller of Examinations. 

Item No 1: Provisional Certificate Book (each Book containing 100 certificates with A4 size) – 40 Books

Item No 2: Examination Form (Under Graduate) – 10,000

Item No 3: Examination Form (Post Graduate) –    8,000

Terms & Conditions:

• Intending Quotationers are requested to verify the exact nature and quantity of job from Office of the Controller of Examinations.

• Vendors must enclose attested copy of Trade License/ Note Sales Tax/PAN Card/P Tax certificate etc. with the application.

• Rate to be quoted per unit basis for each of the items should be inclusive of all charges, taxes and other payables, if any.

• The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations in part or in whole without assigning any reason.

• The evaluation of quotations would be made based on the total cost for the estimated minimum quantities of all the items as mentioned above and NOT on the basis of individual items or unit rates quoted thereof.

The vendors are requested to submit their quotation for the mentioned items to the Office of the Controller of Examinations by 22^nd February 2016 within 2 p.m.
