Sealed Tenders are invited from bonafide vendors/contractors for fabrication of physical model testing apparatus at Department of Civil Engineering, IIESTS. The fabrication detail may be collected from Prof. Ambarish Ghosh, Department of Civil Engineering, IIESt Shibpur. Interested bidders may send the tender quotation to the PI of the Project, Department of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Engineering Science & Technology, Shibpur. Last date of submission of tender quotation is before 7 working days after publication of Advertisement.
The quoted rate should be all inclusive.
The price shall be quoted item-wise .
- The rates quoted by the bidder shall be fixed for the duration of the contract and shall not be subject to adjustment on any account.
- Bidders should have experience in fabricating similar experimental set up.
- In assessing the bid submitted, award for the work will be given to the bidders whose quotations have been determined to be technically and commercially acceptable. The undersigned will not be answerable to any participating bidder regarding the decision of awarding the work.
- Work order will be given to the selected bidder.
