Complete sealed quotations are invited for the supply of items/works listed below as per specification mentioned under DST sponsored project (DRC code: DRC/DST-WEA/ETC/CRC/026/13-14). The quotation should include all kinds of taxes and delivery charges of the items to Dr. Chirasree RoyChaudhuri, Assistant Professor, Department of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, IIEST, Shibpur.

Last date of submission of sealed quotation is 15 days. The date of publication and opening of tenders will be on the next working day around 12 noon.

• Type/Dopant: P/Boron
• Orientation: <100>
• Resistivity: 10-20 ohm cm
• Front surface: polished
• Back surface: etched
