In connection with the above cited workshop to be held during 7th-9th April 2016, good quality folder of size 27 cm× 35 cm (approx.) of about 120 no. are to be procured. The Folder will be printed with logo and workshop name.  
The intended vendors are requested to display samples of above items on 30th March 2016 at 11.00 am in the Chamber of Prof. Tapas Kumar Roy in the the Civil Engineering Department. The matter to be embossed will be intimated during that time. They are also requested to indicate the price of the item during the display. On-spot selection of the items will be made.
