Sealed quotations are invited from vendors for the following works/items: 

1. Supply (including first charge of refrigerant) of 2.0 Ton capacity Split Air-condition System. Operation: Manual/ wireless remote switch; shall be environment friendly and noiseless, Power supply 230V, 50Hz and 1-phase. Both coil are made of copper (Prices for both three-star and five-star rating as per Bureau of Energy Efficiency must be quoted)
2. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Timer switch (Legrand) to operate 2 no. of 2.0 Ton capacity Split AC in an interval of 2-3 hours for 24×7 hrs, including MCB and Relay (Legrand) of suitable size and necessary interconnection with copper wire as required.
3. Tender Documents with technical specifications and price details are to be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to the Dr. Shyamal Kumar Chattopadhyay, Professor, Department of Chemistry, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur, P.O. - Botanic Garden. Howrah, West Bengal, Pin – 711103, INDIA. The sealed envelope should be inscribed with the Ref. along with the bidders’ name and address.
4.  Last date of receipt of tender by IIEST, Shibpur is the 7 days from the publication of advertisement.
