Sealed quotations are invited from reputed creative and printing agencies / companies for the following works.
Work: i) Content editing and development, Visualization, Designing, Artwork development, Print & fabrication of current research projects; ii) Quantity: 200 Copies (approx.); iii) Paper: Text Pages: 130 GSM imported art paper; iv) Cover Pages: 280 GSM art board with lamination; v) Book Size: 8.5” x 11”; vi) Pages: 96 Pages + 4 cover; vii) Printing: All multicolor; viii) Binding: Centre Stitch binding with center sewing.
The sealed quotations should reach the office of the Dean, Research and Development, 6th Floor, New Administrative Building, IIEST Shibpur, Howrah – 711103, latest by 16th August, 2016 at 04:00 pm.
Terms and Conditions:
1) All rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, levies and duties.
2) The materials are to be supplied / delivered at the IIEST, Shibpur Campus.
3) The bidder should be an Indian registered company with minimum experience of five Years. The bidder should have sufficient Infrastructure, technical expertise and financial strength to undertake the contract. The bidding company should have a minimum annual turnover of Rs. 150 lakh in the last 3 financial years(supporting documents are to be submitted). Joint Venture with any other firms will not be entertained.
The bidder/tenderer should provide the following mandatory information:
1) List of Organizations/Customers dealt by them.
2) Last three year’s copies of Income Tax Return Form and PAN number, as per government norms.
3) Copy of Registration of Firm with Trade License, ESIC, Service Tax and Vat/ CST Nos.
The Bidder/Tenderer should ensure full compliance to all the requirement/specifications mentioned in these documents.
