Sealed quotations are invited from the bona fide manufacturers/their dealers/ distributers or suppliers for supply and installation of following item at IIEST, Shibpur.
Date of Submission: last date of submission of complete quotation along with required documents on or before 30th August, 2016 up to 14-00 hrs.
Model No. and Brand must be clearly mentioned in the quotation, without which quotation will not be considered.
Bidder shall furnish an undertaking for providing Comprehensive warranty for any manufacturing defect for a period of minimum one year for the TV from the date of supply/installation on their letter head, failing which, their offer will not be considered.
The date of delivery for supply of item will be 10 days from the date of issue of the purchase order
