NOTICE INVITING QUOTATIONS

Quotations are invited from the reputed contractors/vendors for supply/replacement of  Battery (40 nos) for Numeric Make 10 KVA UPS (Three Phase Input Single Phase Output). The quotations, addressed to the Head, Department of Computer Science and Technology, IIEST Shibpur, PO. Botanic Garden, Howrah – 711103, WB, must reach the office of the Department of Computer Science and Technology (CST) by 3:00 pm, September 14, 2016. The quoted price should include all the taxes and material cost. The contractors/vendors must specify firm delivery period. 

The opening of tender is scheduled at 3:45 pm, September 14, 2016. 

The contractors/vendors are requested to visit the CST department for details of the items/works, before submission of quotations.  

Note: Pl. contact with Mr. Bimal P Jana, CST, IIEST during inspection.
