                      Tender Notice
                      Tender Advt. No. DOS/AC/16/09 dt. 21/09/2016

 Sealed quotations are invited for supply of the three Air Conditioners (one 2 ton, one 1 ½ ton and one 1 ton respectively) [Voltas, Hitachi, Bluestar or Equivalent] having the specifications mentioned here under:-

(1)        A two ton Split A.C with Digital display remote and one year warranty.
(2)        A one and half ton Split A.C with Digital display remote and one year warranty.
(3)        A one ton Split A.C with Digital display remote and one year warranty.

 

The quotations should be addressed to the Chairman, HMAC & Dean of Students, IIEST, Shibpur, Howrah-3. The last date of submission of tender is 5th October 2016 at 5 p.m. The sealed quotations are to be dropped in the Drop Box kept in Mess section. The quoted price should be inclusive of installation, all Taxes, duties and levies. Inclusion of Tax/Levy at a later stage will not be accepted.
