Sealed tenders are invited by the Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, Howrah-711103 from the original manufacturers/ sole authorized dealers/ country representatives for the supply of some equipment for EE Department. This is the Re-Tender for items #I, II, III and IV, …. advertised in our Tender Advt. No. NO/D(AA)16/65 dated 25.11.2016.
Tender Documents containing details of the items and terms and conditions may be downloaded from the university website and completed bidding documents are to be submitted to the Head, Department of Electrical Engineering, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur; Howrah-711103 or dropped into the Tender Box kept in the Center marked with Advt. No. JA/D (AA)/17/04 Last date of Tender submission: 07/02/2017.
The price bids of the vendors who have already participated in our Tender Advt. NO/D(AA)16/65 dated 25.11.2016 have not been opened and they need not submit bid again, but they have to validate their old bid in terms of the present Tender Advt. no. However, they may submit revised quotation for these items and in that case too, their earlier EMD will be considered as long as it complies with the revised tender value.
