Sealed quotations, as per two bid system, are invited from bonafide Event Managers , who possess valid Trade license for organizing events for 79th REBECA 2017, the Annual Cultural Fest of Indian Institute of Engineering Science Technology, Shibpur, Howrah. Sealed quotation should be dropped in the drop box at the Student Union Room during working hours i.e. from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on and from 22.03.2017 to 28.03.2017. Opening of the technical bids will be on 28.03.2017 at 5.30 p.m. after that opening of the financial bids will be held at the office of the Convenor, Rebeca 2017.
