N O T I C E

 

Attention : Pre- Final Year Students of all branches, UG & PG                                                            (2018 passout batch)

 

To facilitate interaction of this department with the pre-final year students in respect of  future career opportunities, a comprehensive Students' Inventory is urgently required to be prepared by this department.  For the purpose, all pre-final year (2018 pass-out for current UG & PG courses) students of all disciplines, are required to submit the relevant information in the specified MS Excel format, available in the Institute Website. In the process of filling up of this database, two or three Placement Representatives (PRs) would also be identified for each of the branch or course, who would be the primary contact for HRM department.

Printable Version : Two Pages. To be submitted in hard copies with signature of all students  and to be updated by the students after publication of each semester results.

Soft Version :  To be submitted through mail to hodhrm@iiests.ac.in  through PRs, both in Excel Format (editable)  and PDF format.  File Name should be  UG2018_AAA_DDMMY, PG2018_AAA_DDMMY or DD2019_AAA_DDMMYY (UG for Under Graduate, PG for Post Graduate, DD for Dual Degree,  AAA stands for Department and DDMMYY stands for Date of submission). This would be accepted only after the hard copies of the printable version is submitted to HRM Department duly signed by each student.  Individual students are required to verify the data submitted by the PRs in  Soft Copies.

This may be considered as urgent and be submitted latest by 11.06.2017  to this department. 

In case of any clarification required, designated Class / Placement Representatives may contact this department. Soft copies of the Format may also be downloaded from the relevant section of the University website ( Academics > Human Resource Management > Notice Board).
