• The department has recently introduced customised software tool (tnpSuite) for administering the whole process of campus recruitment and communication with students and recruiters.

• Innovation Facilitation Centre supported by National Research Development Corportation (NRDC-IIEST-IFC) is set up and run by HRM department to provide handholding support to the students iin promoting innovation and IP protection.

• Technology Business Incubation Centre (TCGTBI) supported by NSTEDB, DST – GOI has been set up under initiative of HRM department and is functional as a separate entity to promote entrepreneurial cultural amongst students and provide necessary hand holding support.

• Entrepreneurship Development Society under Students’ Senate is mentored by HRM department.

• IPR Cell of the institute is administered by HRM department to safe-guard the interest of faculty members and students of the institute in terms of IP protection.
