EXAMINATION NOTICE
The following is the details of submission of Examination Fees and Issuance of Examination Forms & Admit Card in connection with Dual Degree (B.Tech-M.Tech), BE, B.Arch,M.Tech, MURP, M.Sc., MBA, PTPG Even Semester Final Examinations, 2016 , & Odd Sem. Supplementary Examinations (for PG students only) to be held in April 2016.
This is for information of all concerned that Dual Degree (B.Tech-M.Tech), BE, B.Arch, M.Tech, MURP, M.Sc., MBA, PTPG Even Semester Examinations 2016 will be held in April 2016, scheduled to be commenced on and from 18th April 2016.
The candidates concerned are directed to note the following for appearing in the aforesaid Examinations.
1. 75% attendance of each lecture / tutorial and sessional paper are required.
2. Sessional work has to be completed satisfactorily to be eligible for appearing in the semester Examinations.
EXAMINATION FORM HAS TO BE DOWNLOADED FROM THE INSTITUTE WEBSITE AND THE DULY FILLED-IN FORM IS TO BE SUBMITTED TO THE OFFICE OF THE UNDERSIGNED.

NOTE: This is to inform students of CE (PTPG), METALLURGY (PTPG), PDSIT, SMSE, MECHATRONICS, SOH, VLSI, MBA Departments that the duly filled-in forms are to be submitted to the respective Department. Admit Cards will also be issued by the concerned Departments as well.
Examinations fees to be paid (if not already paid) by the concerned candidate are as follows:
i) Rs. 1000/- for all regular Semester (Even Semester) Examinations.
ii) Rs. 1000/- per Semester for Supplementary Examinations.
ISSUANCE OF ADMIT CARD:
Admit Card will be issued to the candidates who are eligible for appearing in the aforesaid examinations subject to fulfillment of the rules and regulations of the examinations.
The candidates will not be allowed to appear in the Examinations, until the Mess dues / Tuition Fees are cleared up to date.
The concerned candidates are directed to show the followings at the time of receiving the Admit Card.
- Mess Clearance (which may be obtained from Office of the Dean (Students)).
- Counter part of Challan of fees deposited in UCO Bank, BESUS Branch (for Ph.D Coursework students & PG students (Supplementary Cases only).
This is very important to note that Examinations Forms will not be received apart from the dates mentioned under any circumstances.
