NOTICE INVITING QUOTATIONS

Quotations are invited from the reputed contractors/vendors for the following items/works. The quotations, addressed to the Head, Department of Computer Science and Technology, IIEST Shibpur, PO. Botanic Garden, Howrah – 711103, WB, must reach the office of the Department of Computer Science and Technology (CST) by 3:00 pm, July 12, 2016. The quoted price should include all the taxes and material cost. The contractors/vendors must specify firm delivery period. 

The opening of tender is scheduled at 3:30 pm,  July 12, 2016. 

The contractors/vendors are requested to visit the CST department for details of the items/works specified below, before submission of quotations.  

Description of the items/works  
 
1.    Compressor for existing AC of capacity 1.5 Ton, 230 Volt, 50 Hz (specify make/model) – 1 No.
2.    Gas charging  for existing ACs – 2 Nos.
3.    Capacitor 50 mfd and wiring set change  for existing ACs – 2  Nos.
4.    Copper pipe and Insulation 5/8 and ¼ for existing ACs – 12 ft.
5.    Fan motor change for exhaust – 1 No.
