Quotations with technical specifications and price details are to be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to Dr. Sudip K Roy, Professor of Civil Engineering, Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur, Howrah, West Bengal, PIN – 711103, India. The sealed envelope should be inscribed with the Tender No. along with the bidders’ name and address. The sealed envelope will be submitted at the Chamber of Dr. Sudip K Roy at Civil Engineering Department.
Last date of receipt of Quotation by Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology, Shibpur is 13.07.2015 (Thursday) at 3.45 pm. Quotation received late will not be accepted under any circumstances. Quotations will be opened at Civil Engineering Department on the next day. In case the Institute remains closed on the said date, last date of receipt and also opening of Quotation will be on next working day at same time.
