My research interest is to develop novel therapeutics for brain tumour and Alzheimer's disease. We use Functional genomics, Bioinformatics and drug design techniques. MTech students at this lab have developed electromagnetic devices to treat glioblastoma by creating gentle and focused hyperthermia and to treat Alzheimer’s’ disease by reestablishing Ca homeostasis. Research Scholars are actively involved executing several ongoing projects on Drug development, developing smart Diagnostics , drug delivery and multi drug resistance of microorganisms.
